PURPOSE:To obtain the title mixture excellent in heat resistance and adhesiveness, by mixing a thermoplastic polyester resin with a copolymer comprising ethylene and a specified polar monomer and a copolymer comprising ethylene and a polar ethylenically unsaturated monomer. CONSTITUTION:40-99.7wt.% thermoplastic polyester (A) such as polyethylene terephthalate is mixed with a copolymer (B) comprising 30-99.5wt.% ethylene and 0.1-70wt.% polar monomer (B) selected from among an alpha,beta-unsaturated monocarboxylic acid [e.g., (meth)acrylic acid], an alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, its anhydride and its half-ester, etc., and a copolymer (C) comprising 30-99.5wt.% ethylene, 0.1-70wt.% ethylenically unsaturated monomer having polar groups comprising OH and/or epoxy groups, etc., in such amounts that the total of components B and C is 60-0.3wt.% provided that component B is 1-99wt.%, component C is 0.1-70wt.%, and the ratio of the total of COOH groups and carboxylic acid anhydride groups of component B to the total of the OH groups and glycidyl groups of component C is 0.2.-5/1 (by molar ratio). |
