<p>Fluid such as a lubricant is automatically dispensed when a sensor (12A, 12B) monitoring an operation, e.g. performed by a machine tool, signals that lubricant is required. The sensor senses the position of a reciprocable member of the machine tool and a counter (14) counts the reciprocations and compares the count with an operator set count (16). At coincidence a valve (20) is opened to supply pressurised air to a venturi to dispense lubricant for an operator set duration. <IMAGE></p> |
