PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconductor consisting of film form or sheet form having La-Sr-Nb-O based composition and having high critical temperature and magnetic permeability of diamagnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:The aimed oxide superconductor consisting of film form or sheet form having La-Sr-Nb-O based composition containing gradient of each content of La, Sr and Nb in the thickness direction and having >=90 K critical temperature (Tc) and >=10% magnetic permeability of diamagnetic substance based on the value of Nb at 9.2 K. It is required that a gradient is given to each content of La, Sr and Nb in the thickness direction in the process nearly completely replacing Cu of LaSrCuO4 with Nb by sputtering LaSrCuO4 on Nb metal or Nb on LaSrCuO4. A method inclining angle of a substrate sputtered to about 5-45 deg. based on sputter beam incidenting on the substrate is adopted as the production method for obtaining such superconductor. |
