PURPOSE:To ensure transmitting torque of a gear reduced in meshing noise by forming a tooth profile larger in a gear, formed by a soft material, as compared with the tooth profile in a gear formed by a hard material, in the case of a small size gear transmitting device for an acoustic equipment. CONSTITUTION:A pinion gear 3 is forced to be press fitted to a motor shaft 8 of a motor 2. Small gears 4, 15, 6 are mounted to metal shafts mounted by tightening to a base board 1. Because the small gear 15 rotates in the highest speed, it contains a gear 15a molded by a soft material and a gear 15b molded by a hard material. The soft material gear 15a is formed larger than the hard material gear 15b. Thus extremely reducing meshing noise of the gear, transmitting torque can be ensured. |
