The method defines the combined keys of low frequency (Ctrl, Shift, Numlock) as the clock selecting toggle key. Receiving the toggle key data, CPU reads flag representing the current CPU clock. Accessing XHz clock, YHz clock is selected by converting the special port (201) of the defined key board controller to "0"; and accessing YHz clock, XHz is selected by converting the special port to "1".
