摘要 PURPOSE: To manufacture a torsional vibration compensator in a gear transmission at a low cost and to improve its function more effectively by providing a tension spring positioning at a tangential direction to a center gear within a cutting of the center gear, and suspending one of the spring ends to a left tension gear and the other of the spring ends to a right tension gear. CONSTITUTION: When torsional vibration is added through a driving gear 1 from a crank shaft or through a driven gear 2 from a cam shaft to a compensation set gear 3, tension gears 5, 6 are mutually twisted, and a coil spring 12 becomes tense more strongly response to the torsional vibration. The torsional vibration can be excluded by the compensating motion to completely prevent vibration flexion from intruding into a next gear transmission by the compensation set gear 3. Control of additional vibration can be obtained by rubbing to end surfaces 8', 8" of the center gear 5 when the tension gears 4, 6 are in compensating motion. Frictional force is preparatorily selectable when a spring force of the coil spring 12 is selected. Friction control can be further improved in a manner that a friction lining 16 is inserted between the tension gears 4, 6 and the center gear 5.
