CONSTITUTION:As the coagulating liquor, a suspension composed of magnesium chloride, polyphosphate, seaweed component and water is added to soybean milk followed by mixing the system. Thence, the resultant intermediate product is packed into a packaging container followed by heating to effect coagulation, thus obtaining the objective food.
