In order to resist mechanical, thermal and electrostatic constraints and those with high rates of usage, a Peltier-effect cell (18, 20) is attached to an electronic integrated circuit (3). The problems caused by these constraints are solved through the temperature gradient which this cell confers on the critical locations (16) of this thermally integrated circuit (21) in contact with it. Operation of this cell is regulated as a function of the measure of these constraints. Too large a current consumption is thereby avoided.
