The circuit writes the contents of a frame characteristic buffer memory, connecting to a frame buffer memory, to appropriate address of the moved frame characteristic buffer memory when microprocessor reads the frame buffer for certain letter to be moved and writes the frame buffer corresponding to a moved position. The microprocessor only controls frame buffer, which causes fast data display for a system of high efficiency.
