PURPOSE:To form a more delicate boarding pattern by a method wherein a sheet material is fed so as to stick the same close to a planelike mold material and fusing of the sheet material is performed into a predetermined form with an ultrasonic generator moving along the predetermined form of the mold material while abutting against the sheet material. CONSTITUTION:Tapelike fiber cloth T is put on a base stand 22. Then when a pedal 36 is worked, a mold material 45 is stuck close to the fiber cloth T through a supporting arm 30 by moving the mold material 45 downward and a starting signal is generated by pressing a detecting roller 40 of a limit switch 39 by a detecting body 37 for starting. An ultrasonic wave generator 15 begins to move leftward along a notch 23 by performing regular turn of a motor 11 through this starting signal and the same is kept moving until a stop signal is generated by a limit switch 20a by pressing a detecting roller 21a of a first stop limit switch 20a by a first stop detecting body 19a. As a radiation port 15a of the ultrasonic generator 15 moves while abutting against the fiber cloth T at the time of this movement, the fiber cloth T is fused in a form of the mold material 45 and a cut end C due to fusing is welded into a pattern of the mold material 45 and a display plate M is obtained. |
