<p>The invention relates to a method of controlling the heating time for cleaning by pyrolysis of a domestic cooking oven. The method according to the invention makes possible a great reduction of the time necessary to carry out the operation of cleaning by pyrolysis. To this end, the method consists in heating the oven to raise its temperature to the pyrolysis temperature, and in maintaining this pyrolysis temperature until the end of a predetermined time. According to a characteristic of the invention, the counting down of the predetermined time is triggered by a thermostat (31) situated in the oven and controlled at a predetermined temperature value. <IMAGE></p> |
