<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the configuration of a transfer device by furnishing a linear motor stator with possibility of overhung slide movement by an overhung motion means, and thereby eliminating use of a linear motor stator at each objects deposit. CONSTITUTION:Current is supplied to a linear motor stator 4 in the condition that it is overhung maximally from a transport trolley 3. Current supply provides sideways motion on this trolley 3 along a guide rail 5 in the condition that objects 10 are placed on a pallet truck 7 equipped with a reaction plate 6, followed by running on another guide rail 8 on the objects deposit A1 side, and finally onto the deposit A1 completely. The final location is decided by a stopper 22 as the front end of the guide rail 8. After the pallet truck 7 has moved completely to the objects deposit A1 from the trolley 3, the linear motor stator 4 is restituted completely onto the trolley 3 by reversely rotating a drive motor 19 for an overhung slide moving mechanism 16.</p> |
