PURPOSE:To enable a title item to be placed at an inexpensive inclined land 11 with a simple foundation work and wind load which a solar cell panel 4 receives to be reduced. CONSTITUTION:An inclined land 11 is readjusted to a specified inclination angle, a concrete foundation 12 is provided for preventing flow of earth and land, a plurality of solar cell panels 4 are aligned along an inclined surface of this concrete foundation 12, and they are fixed by clamping a simple press plate with bolts. |
