PURPOSE:To prevent the inflow of air bubbles to a capillary tube by providing an ink supply passage facing downward between a horizontal ink feeder and the capillary tube. CONSTITUTION:Ink 18 is supplied to an ink sump 12 from an ink tank through an ink supply passage 15. A bubble vent passage 15d and an ink supply passage 15e facing downward are provided to the terminal part of the horizontal part 15c of the ink supply passage 15 and the bubble vent passage 15d discharges the air bubble 17 mixed in the ink supply passage 15 to the atmosphere from an opening 19. By supplying the ink 18 to a vertical part 15a through the downward ink supply passage 15e, the air bubble 17 is certainly discharged from the bubble vent passage 15d to prevent the mixing of the air bubble 17 in the vertical part 15a being a capillary tube part. |
