摘要 A wine additive is prepd. by (a) mixing 70-85 wt.% jujube, 25-30 wt.% Schizandrae fructus, 80-85 wt.% chinese matrimony rine, 140-200 wt.% arrowroot, 70-80 wt.% licorice and water, (b) heat- treating the obtd. mixture at 75-80 deg.C and centrifuging to obtain the extracted soln., (c) vacuum-concentrating the extracted soln. at 60 deg.C or less to obtain 40 % water-contg. herb extract, and (d) mixing the obtd. (I) with 36 % water-contg. red ginseng extract (II) to obtain the final product. (mixing ratio (I):(II) is 1-3:5).
