PURPOSE:To contrive formation of an inserting sheet for calcining ceramic capable of stably bonding and laminating compact substrates, by placing between compact substrates of ceramic, by providing a tacky agent layer on the front and back sides of a substrate prepared by forming high-melting inorganic powder or fibers into sheets using a high polymer based film-forming material or paper fibers. CONSTITUTION:This inserting sheet for calcining ceramic is formed from a substrate prepared by inorganic powder or fibers unmelting at a calcining temperature of the ceramic using a high polymer based film-forming material or paper fibers decomposing or burning in calcining the ceramic and a tacky agent additionally provided on the front and back sides of the substrate. A high- melting ceramic, such as alumina, zirconia or silicon nitride, and high-melting metal, etc., are cited as the above-mentioned inorganic powder or fibers. Synthetic resins, such as olefinic, vinylic, acrylic or ester based resins, are cited as the high polymer based film-forming material. For example, rubber based tacky compositions obtained by blending a rubber component with a tackifier resin or other additives, etc., are cited as the tacky agent. |
