<p>The bottom wall (2) is associated with a box (3), in which there are mounted a fan (4) driven by a motor (9), an electric resistance heating element (5) and means (15) for regulating the heating of the latter, the resistance heating element (5) being positioned in the flow of air produced by the fan and the bottom wall (2) comprising openings (6, 7, 8) for passage of the flow of air.
