A cooling battery (13) and a fan unit (14) are provided, the latter producing an air flow which circulates through the battery, up through the tub and back to the battery. The bottom of the tub consists of a perforated conveyor belt (16) which is driven by an stepper motor. A control unit is provided for at least a periodical driven belt travelling in the opposite direction to that for feed by the tub (12). A device is provided for de-icing of the conveyor belt on the input side of the tub. In the tub, beneath the conveyor belt, a fixed perforated plate is installed, on the bottom of the tub can comprise one or more perforated conveyor belts.
