PURPOSE:To supply a stable electrode current by transmitting longitudinal motion of a trunk piston by a pressurizing cylinder to a working arm via a link pin-connected to the inside of a guide ring fitted to the inner periphery of the trunk piston and shortening a flexible conductor. CONSTITUTION:The rear and 3c of the working arm 3 is connected to a bend 4b of a fixed arm 4 by a pin 13. A link structure 5 is constituted of the link 6 and the cylindrical guide ring 7 and the guide ring 7 is provided with a pin 7c on a hole pierced vertically on a cylindrical part 7a. The front end 6a of the link 6 is pin-connected to a bend 3b of the working arm 3 and its rear end 6b is pin-connected to the pin 7c in the cylindrical part of the guide ring 7 and connected thereto. The flexible conductor 1d is bolted on the rear end 3c of the working arm 3 and the bend 4b of the fixed arm 4 from a welding transformer 1c and the electric current is applied to an electrode chip 2. By this method, the link 6 is incorporated inside the trunk piston 8 and a welding gun becomes compact and the flexible conductor is shortened and a current value is prevented from decreasing due to an increase of impedance. |
