PURPOSE:To check so-called poor insertion of a lead wire, wherein the lead wire is unable to be inserted while being hindered by burrs at the tip of a cap pin, by using a cap pin wherein the inner diameter of the spearhead part is made bigger than the smallest inner diameter of the most contracted part. CONSTITUTION:A cap pin 4, wherein the inner diameter of the spearhead part 6 is bigger widened than the inner diameter of the most contracted part 7, is used. The difference between said inner diameters is 0.5mm.. As the spearhead of the cap pin 4 is widened like this, existence of a certain amount of burrs does not hinder the insertion of a lead wire which passes through there. The cap pin 4 in such a shape is planted in the cap proper (not illustrated) made of resin etc. while the lead wire 2 is inserted in said cap pin. After ascertaining that the tip of the lead wire 4 has reached the spearhead part 6 of the cap pin 4, the most contracted part 7 together with the lead wire 2 is cut, then the cap pin 4 and the lead wire 2 are connected together by welding. |
