PURPOSE:To suppress the leakage of a signal and to improve the noise performance by using a signal transmission line and a ground conductor made of a superconductor material and interpolating a signal transmission line in the base and surrounding the surrounding by the ground conductor. CONSTITUTION:The signal enters from a waveguide 11 and the transmission mode is converted by a probe 9 from the waveguide mode into the coaxial mode, passes through an isolator 6 and enters the signal transmission conductor from a coaxial terminal 7. The signal through the conductor 3 is amplified by a transistor 1, the signal is fed to the next stage through a signal transmission conductor 4. The conductor 3 clips the base material 5 together with the ground conductor 2 to form a coaxial line. As shown in figure as to the part, the surrounding of the conductor 3 is surrounded by the material 5 and the conductor 2 constitutes a shut wall at its outside. Thus, the electromagnetic shield effect is improved and the suppression of signal leakage and invasion is attained. Moreover, since a superconduction material is used for the conductors 3, 2 and the transmission loss is neglected, the noise performance is improved. |
