PURPOSE:To obtain a high compression ratio by applying compression processing to a difference image obtained by subtracting two images having the same phase in plural image sets. CONSTITUTION:Plural image sets consisting of continuous images based upon heart beat synchronism are collected by an image data collector 1, the images having the same phase in these plural image sets are subtracted from each other by an inter-image data subtractor 4 and the difference image obtained by said subtraction is compressed by an image data compressor 5. The images having the same phase in the plural image sets obtained by heat heat synchronism have a property showing high correlation. Thereby, a high compression ratio can be obtained by applying compression processing to the difference image obtained by subtracting the images having the same phase. |
