PURPOSE:To utilize irradiating light beams without waste and to cause a reading to be exact by bending reflecting light beams from recording data in the opposite direction of a light source and execute image-formation on a line sensor. CONSTITUTION:The irradiating light beams to be emitted from a light source 7 are made incident on a cylindrical lens 12. In the cylindrical lens 12, beams are bent so that the irradiating light beams can be condensed in a main scanning direction Y of a line sensor 8 to the focus position of an objective lens 10. This irradiating light beams are bent by a rectangular prism 11 and are made incident on the right half of the diameter of the objective lens 10. Then, the light beams are radiated on recording data 9 on a card C. The light beams reflected by the recording data 9 are passed through the left half of the diameter of the objective lens 10 and further, are bent by a rectangular prism 13 to be arranged wit being adjacent to the rectangular prism 11. Then, the image formation is executed on the line sensor 8. |
