PURPOSE:To clarify the boundary between a space and an original image on an image and to form a high quality image without a shadow by permitting a switching means to switch and control an electrifying means at the timing of when reflected light from a part reflecting original illuminating light is projected on a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The electrifying means 2 uniformly electrifying the photosensitive body 1 is controlled to turn on/off at the timing of when the light reflected by a white light reflecting part 14a provided on the upper surface of an original platen 14 is projected on the photosensitive body. Thus, the space of a sharp image without a shadow and unevenness can be obtained. In addition, the defective separation of a transfer material from a fixing roll can be prevented, and a high quality image can be formed. Since this device does not employ a sub- exposing means, etc., its structure is simple, which contributes to easier assembly and low costs. |
