PURPOSE:To increase a hold of an adsorbing material per unit while achieving a fixed amount of adsorption, by agitating three phases, i.e. a solvent extraction agent, an adsorbing material and water, and water containing a hydrophilic organic solvent, to load the organic extraction agent on the adsorbing material. CONSTITUTION:A desired amount of water and a fixed amount of an organic adsorbing material are put into an agitation tank and additionally, a planned load of an extraction agent comprising four kinds of organic phosphoric acid and two kinds of amines are added thereto. The three phases are stirred up over 10hr. After the end of the agitation, the adsorbing material is withdrawn and washed by a water containing hydrophilic organic solvent to be dried. According to a method of this invention, it is possible to convert various porous material to an adsorbing material, which allows the material to maintain intrinsic holding capacity. This enables the manufacture of a chromatographic material having a desired load within a range of maximum holding value by measuring the value thereof of an adsorbing material to be used beforehand. |
