PURPOSE:To elevate reliability and prevent noise by utilizing resiliency by complete diamagnetism between a superconductor and a permanent magnet so as to drive. CONSTITUTION:A damper thermostat is driven by a power element 6 in which a superconductor 6a and a permanent magnet 6b are arranged oppositely. In case of temperature drop in space to be controlled, when it drops below the Tc temperature of a superconductor 6a of the power element 6, the superconductor 6a becomes complete diamagnetism and resists the permanent magnet 6b and pushes up a rod 4, and a flap 2 closes and shuts out cold to space to be controlled and the temperature in the space to be controlled rises. Conversely, in case of temperature rise in the space to be controlled, when it rises above the Tc temperature of the superconductor 6a of the power element 6, the superconductive condition of the superconductor 6a vanishes and resiliency to the permanent magnet 6b vanishes and it falls of its dead load. Accordingly, the flap 2 opens and cold flows to the space to be controlled and the temperature in the space to be controlled lowers. Hereby, reliability becomes high with extremely simple constitution and noise also doesn't occur. |
