<p>PURPOSE:To measure tape driving torque by fixing the inner reel of inner and outer reels, which are linked by a coil spring, to a cassette main body, obtaining the outer reel as a hub for tape coiling and inserting a tape, which is composed of a magnetic substance and a non-magnetic substance, through a solenoid. CONSTITUTION:An inner reel 2a, which is fixed to a cassette main body 1, and an outer reel, in which a tape 3 is fixed to one part of a circumferencial surface, are coupled on a same center with being relatively revolvable. Then, an interval between the both reels 2a and 2b is linked by a coil spring 4 and obtained as a gage 2. A magnetic substance tape 3a and a non-magnetic substance tape 3b are connected and obtained as the tape 3. Then, the tape 3 is extended along a window 6 of the main body 1 through a pintch roller 5. A solenoid 9 is arranged between guide rollers 7 and 8 and the tape 3 is inserted through the inside of the solenoid 9. Since permeability is large for the magnetic substance tape 3a, the impedance of the solenoid 9 is changed according to the position of the tape 3a. Thus, the tape driving torque can be measured.</p> |
