PURPOSE:To sufficiently hide a ground color image by mixing particular ingredients with a binding resin and a pigment which are used for white toner. CONSTITUTION:A white toner image 13a and a coloring ingredient 13b of a second color image 13 are formed on a white toner image 12a and a coloring ingredient 12b of a first color image 12 formed on a transfer material 11. The white toner whose fixing resin medium which has refractive index <=1.50 and contains dispersed rutile type titanium dioxide of 0.1-0.2mum grain diameter is used. The titanium dioxide has very high refractive index among white pigments and has strong hiding power and disperses in binding resins which have refractive index <=1.50. Thus, the rate of light reflected on the pigment grain surface is increased and the light reaches the ground layer is reduced, and the ground layer is hidden. |
