PURPOSE:To respond to a pulse having a high repetition frequency by detecting a DC current between a converter and a smoothing circuit, differentiating it by a differentiator, and controlling the converter. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase AC power source 1 is converted by a converter 2 into a DC power, its pulsation is reduced by a smoothing circuit having a reactor 3 and a capacitor 4. A DC current detector 7 is provided at a power supply wiring 6 from the converter 2 to a smoothing circuit 5, and its detection signal is differentiated by a differentiator 8. The signal from the differentiator 8 is compared with the command signal from the unit 9, and its difference signals are added. DC power smoothed by the smoothing circuit 5 is converted to AC power by an inverter 10 composed of a transistor, and a switching element, such as an FET, etc. |
