PURPOSE:To enhance recording, retrieval characteristics and improve retrieval deterioration characteristics by providing an organic film consisting of phthalocyanine matter as a main component as shown by a specific formula and thereby forming an optical information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:An organic film consisting of phthalocyanine coloring matter as a main component is formed on a base by a vapor deposition method. Phthalocyanine is expressed by a formula I [R1-R4 are an alkyl group, an alkoxy group and halogen; n is an integer of 0-4; Y1, Y2 R, -Ar, -OR (R is a C1-18 alkyl group, Ar a phenyl group); M is Al, Si, Ge and Sn. When M is Al, only Y1 is coupled to M]. In this way, an optical information recording medium is manufactured. Phthalocyanine shown by the formula I shows a wavelength range of 600-900nm and appropriate absorption factor and reflection factor. Furthermore, it has superior light-fastness and improves recording retrieval characteristics and retrieval deterioration characteristics. |
