PURPOSE: To prevent a machined work from falling from a work support means, and easily carry out the work by providing a work support means holding device in which a passing clearance is formed in the shape of being opposed to a work machining part, in a plane part formed in a table upper part. CONSTITUTION: A work support means 10 is tensioned on a table 3 in the shape of forming a plane part 10a in a table upper part. A work support means holding device 6 in which a passing clearance 19 is formed in the shape of being opposed to a work machining part (a torch) 16a, is provided in this plane part 10a. A work 23 is mounted on this plane part 10a, and in this condition, the table 3 is relatively moved to the work machining part 16a. At the same time, the work 23 is machined in a condition where the work machining part 16a and the passing clearance 19 are always opposed to each other through the work 23. As a result, a cut work piece is easily carried out without falling from the support means 10 through this passing clearance 19 since its whole is held in the shape of contacting with the plane part 10a of the work support means 10. |
