PURPOSE:To obtain slurry for forming a fibrous cement plate good in crack resistance in spite of reducing the amount of asbestos by constituting the title slurry of cement, asbestos, an isotropic aggregate and an anisotropic aggregate as a main component. CONSTITUTION:Fibrous cement slurry is constituted of cement, asbestos, an isotropic aggregate and an anisotropic aggregate as a main component. As cement to be used, ordinary portland cement, special portland cement, alumina cement and lime cement, etc., are used. Asbestos is preferably used in a range within 2-5wt.% of amount controlled for total solid substance because of pollution-related problems. As the isotropic aggregate, silica powder and blast furnace slag powder, etc., are used. The isotropic aggregate having 53-210mu particle size is preferably incorporated at about 75wt.%. As the anisotropic aggregate, mica and wollastonite, etc., are used. As mica, all of phlogopite and muscovite, etc., are used but mica having >=70wt. average aspect ratio is preferably used. |
