PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a fluororesin coat to a ceramic coat by forming the ceramic coat having a rugged surface on a base metal, applying a primer contg. a silane coupling agent, and forming the fluororesin coat. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base metal is roughened or worked to have a specified pattern, powder of Ni-Cr, etc., is thermally sprayed to form an undercoat layer and fine ceramic particles are plasma-sprayed to form a ceramic coat having a rugged surface. A primer contg. a silane coupling agent is applied to the surface of the ceramic coat and baked and then a fluororesin coat is formed by powder coating and baking. The silane coupling agent is preferably that having amino and alkoxy groups in 1mol. A double coated metal having superior surface releasability, corrosion and wear resistances is obtd. |
