PURPOSE:To obtain a hair tonic agent which has excellent hair-growing action, by using a pyrimidinium hydroxide and at least one selected from esters and alcohols. CONSTITUTION:(2,6-Diamino)-4-(1-piperidinyl)-1-(sulfoxy)-pyrimidinium hydroxide is combined with at least one selected from the group consisting of (A) monoesters from ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol or glycerol, and oleic, myristic, lauric or capric acid, (B) esters from aliphatic monohydric alcohol of 1-4 carbon atom, and oleic, myristic, stearic, lauric, palmitic or capric ester, and (C) 2-hexyldecyl alcohol, iso-octadecyl alcohol and oleyl alcohol to prepare the subject hair tonic agent in a usual manner. |
