PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic having sufficiently suppressed skin irritation caused by perfume, by compounding a specific glycoside derivative to a cosmetic containing perfumery. CONSTITUTION:A perfumery-containing cosmetic is compounded with >=0.05wt.%, preferably 0.05-5.0wt.% of a compound selected from methyl-4,6-0-anisylidene- glycopyranoside, methyl-4,6-0-vanillydene-glycopyranoside, methyl-4,6-0- veratrylidene-glycopyranoside, methyl-4,6-0-isovanillylidene-glycopyranoside, methyl-4,6-0-ethylvanillylidene-glycopyranoside and methyl-4,6-0-syringylidene- glycopyranoside. The characterization and feeling to the skin can be sufficiently satisfied without reducing the compounding amount of perfumery nor deteriorating the commercial value and effect of the cosmetic. |
