<p>A pump arrangement for a gearbox obviates the need to place the pump between gears, etc., and makes possible a multipurpose shaft bearing (8) for a power take-off (14), as a pump stator (3), a housing for the bearing (8) in the gearbox housing wall (2), and as a closure for a mounting opening through which the entire pump (3/16) including bearing (3) and pump housing cover (19) can be interchanged. For this purpose, the pump stator (3) has a neck for the shaft bearing (8) on the drive side and is mounted like a piston in the housing wall (2) in such a way that the shaft (6) is guided and that integrally cast radial oil channels (4) open directly into the connection pieces (5) of the pump (3/16). A connector (12) of the power take-off (14) held axially on the free end (9) of the shaft (6) has internal and external driving profiles (13 and 15) for a take-off (14) which can be inserted in the connector (12) and for a pump rotor (16) which can be mounted on the connector (12). The pump rotor (16) is preferably guided by its own bearing (22) on the output-side end of the connector (12). The pump stator (3) is screwed axially on to the housing cover (19) and can be removed from the shaft (6) together with the bearing (8). This design permits lateral access to the pump and bearings without having to dismantle the gearbox and obviates the additional expense which would be incurred by reinforcing the drive shaft and arranging further bearings and oil channels inside the gearbox housing in question. An axial support (29) arranged between the shaft (6) and the connector (12) enables the entire pump/bearing assembly, preassembled with the housing cover (19), to be mounted and dismounted for maintenance purposes, without the need for further mounting openings in the gearbox housing (1).</p> |
