The anchorage being made by throwing a lashing loop (30) around a groove in the inner part (10) edge (15) and wedging the inner part (10) and lashing (30) into upturned spaced sides (22A, 22B, 23A, 23B) of the plate like portion (21) of the outer part (20). |
