A contact arrangement (1) for low-voltage power switches comprises main contacts and spark-arresting contacts (6, 17; 10; 21) and electric arcing horns (22, 23) which transfer a switching electric arc to an arc-control device. Additional electric arcing conductors (30; 40) absorb any partial electric arcs produced during high loading the main contacts (6; 17) of the contact arrangement (1) and conduct them to the corresponding electric arcing horn (22). The electric arc conductors are made in a single piece by stamping or bending; one of the electric arc conducting arms (36) branches off a base arm (31) which serves as a fastener, and makes an acute angle with the electric arcing horn (22). |
