<p>A copying cutter comprises a cylindrical body (1) with a spherical head (2) provided with slots (4), in each of which is fixed a plate (5) with a cutting edge placed essentially in an axial cross-section plane of the cutter. Each of the slots (4) is so oriented that the projection of the longitudinal axis (12) of the slot (4) on the axial cross-section plane of the cutter and the longitudinal axis (13) of the latter form an acute angle of between 20° to 40°, whereas the points of intersection of the longitudinal axis (12) of each of the slots (4) with that plane is situated in the area of the point of intersection of the longitudinal axis (13) of the cutter with the spherical surface of the head (2).</p> |
