PURPOSE:To obtain an antiulcerative which enables the prevention or healing of alcohol-induced digestive ulcer, by using water-soluble components from FUKUROTAKE mushroom (in Volvariella), as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:FUKUROTAKE mushrooms are ground, extracted with water, subjected to ultrafiltration or dialysis to remove low-molecular-weight substances, whereby the fractions of over 10,000 molecular weight is collected as the active ingredient of the antiulcerative. |
