The device described is a sheath shaped like a fountain pen or a ball-point pen. A cleansing agent or an adhesive powder can be stored inside the sheath. Cleaning bristles are mounted on one end of the sheath. The cleansing agent or adhesive powder contained in the sheath can pass through an outlet or orifice located in the wall of the sheath. The sheath is composed advantageously of two connectable segments arranged axially one behind the other which overlap in a junction region. Both segments have a bore in the junction region. The bores can be aligned by turning the segments thereby forming the outlet opening. |
