Display stand

The display stand consists of bars (10) of wood, which are detachably interconnected by corner connectors (11; 31). Formed at the end faces of the bars is in each case the bolt opening (30) of the holder (13) of a cabinet fitting. Holes (12) for fastening a bolt (25) of the cabinet fitting (13; 25) are provided along the sides of the bars (10). The connecting elements used are thus cabinet fittings, such as those employed for the mutual connection of cabinet parts. The bolts, which can be tightly screwed into the holes in the sides of the bars (10) and in the corner connectors (11), are drawn by their heads (25) into the holder (13) as the latter is tightened, resulting in a strong, solid and torsion-proof connection. <IMAGE>
