<p>PURPOSE:To make detection easy and accurate, by using time-series data on the film thickness of ink and the film thickness of water on an ink roller and by extracting an emulsification rate and surface water geometrically from fluctuation of each film thickness and an average value. CONSTITUTION:An infrared ray emitted from an infrared ray emitting body 1 is condensed by a lens 2 and made to pass an interference filter 3 provided with three kinds of filters inserted alternately into the optical axis, and it is applied to emulsified ink 6 on a roller 5 through an optical conduit 4. While a part of this light is absorbed, the remainder of the light is focused on a photoelectric element 7 and inputted to a computer 11 through an A/D converter 9. By utilizing that the film thicknesses of ink and water on the roller 5 fluctuate in the same phase substantially and by using time-series data on the fluctuation of each film thickness and an average value, prescribed computation is executed by the computer 11 and surface water and an emulsification rate are outputted therefrom. Accordingly, the state of emulsification can be detected easily and accurately.</p> |
