<p>Apparatus for generating a surface wave in a rink used for activities such as roller skating and skate boarding. The apparatus comprises a flexible deck (13) resting on the ground (11) or other support surface. The flexible deck (13) is constructed with a lateral deformation (17) which provides a permanent wave formation in the deck. A carriage is located within the lateral deformation and can travel along the ground to move the wave formation relative to the flexible deck.</p> |
