PURPOSE: To contrive to fix an inner casing on an inside of an outer casing securely, by a method wherein the inner casing is suspended from the outer casing via a group of webs, and a spring between an end wall of the inner casing and the outer casing is allowed to act to change a distance between the inner casing and an end wall of the outer casing. CONSTITUTION: A compression coil spring 36 is allowed to be placed and stretched between an inner casing 10 and an outer casing 12 coaxially to an axis of the inner casing 10 and the outer casing 12, and provided with an insert 40 able to be adjusted in axial direction. A suspension member 30 includes an inner ring flame 42 as a connection part. Each of webs 44 forms an acute angle to the axis of the inner frame 42 and is constantly retained by the compression coil spring 36 under tension. A pressure plate 42 is connected to an end wall 20 of the inner casing 10. A suspension member 32 first fixes a radial distance between the both casings 10, 12 and inhibits relative rotation of the both casings 10, 12 at the same time.
