PURPOSE:To upgrade the measuring accuracy statistically with the passage of the measuring time by continuing with measurement and a forecasting computation even after a forecast balanced temperature is obtained by a section for forecasting computation of temperature when thermal balance is attained. The judgement process 106 determines whether standing by should be done until the temperature forecasting process gives any significance. After a specified time elapses, the initial setting process 107 a value of the highest probability (C=7) for the parameter of an equation in a correction level computing circuit. The correction value computation process 108 performs a computation and the addition process 109 adds the correction value to the measured value and after a judgement by the judgement process 110, the results are displayed in the display process 113. |
