<p>PURPOSE:To prevent crack generation in a main pattern of a color filter due to heat-treatment by elevating the temp. of a color filter slowly after forming the color filter on a base plate from near room temp. and executing drying thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Gelatin is coated on a glass base plate and the coated product is developed and patterned after exposing through a photomask. The gelatin layer is dyed and then a color mixture preventive layer is superposed thereon. The whole part of the base plat is then laid in an atmosphere at room temp. or 40 deg.C, and the temp. is elevated to 150-180 deg.C with 0.5-2 deg.C/min heating rate, then held for an appropriate time as it is. By this constitution, generation of crack in a main pattern of a color filter during heat-treatment is retarded. Moreover, since the final temp. is arranged to be at high temp., discoloration of the filter in the succeeding stage of pasting of the filter to a solid image pickup element due to heat-treatment is also prevented.</p> |
