<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the automatic warehouse controller in the caption in which a pallet is used by providing the controller with a packing request device which can constantly be input, and a memory, so as to make them constantly receive and memorize a picking request, and periodically taking out the request in the memory so as to indicate it. CONSTITUTION:A picking request which is constantly output from a picking request device 2a is received by a picking request reception unit 5, and stored in a picking request file 6. And a picking shelf allocation unit 7 takes out a picking request from the file 6 every fixed period so that picking shelves are allocated, and then outputs this allocation data to an automatic warehouse picking indication file 8 and a picking operation indication file 9. As a result, a stacker crane is operated by a stacker crane control unit 10 and this data is shown on a picking indicator 3a by a picking operation information indication unit 11. Then picking is conducted according to the indication. In this structure, the picking efficiency can be improved.</p> |
