<p>The process comprises spinning at 279-282 deg.C and at 900-1400 m/min., of a melt contg. 10-100% recycled material. The intrinsic viscosity is 0.7-0.9, and the granulated dried material is extruded. The temps. of the six processing zones are 270-275, 273-278, 278-282, 274-276, 274-277 and 274-278 deg.C. The draw roll temps. is 80-90 deg.C with a drawing ratio of 4.37-4.724 and a drawing speed of 400-600 m/min.</p> |
