PURPOSE:To produce a mixed powder giving a superconductor of over 77 deg.K critical point, by taking individual solutions containing the elements belonging to the ternary components at a component ratio, forming a precipitate of the carbonates from the solution at a specific pH. CONSTITUTION:A nitrate aqueous solution of each metallic element powder in the first component (at least one among Y, Sc, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu), an acetate aqueous solution of each metallic element powder in the second component (at least one among Ba, Ca, Sr) and another nitrate aqueous solution of a metallic element powder in the third component (Cu) are prepared respectively. They are taken at a specific ratio, and combined with an aqueous solution of the fourth component such as sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate or potassium bicarbonate, to form a precipitate of the carbonates in a pH range from 7.5-10. The precipitate is filtered, rinsed with water, and dried to give the subject mixed powder containing the above-cited components. |
